A weekend of firsts!

Eric and I went to a wedding in New Hampshire, and our good friend April took care of Sassy for the weekend! I think Sass died and went to heaven! She had a play friend, frequent treats, doggy ice cream, table food, and lots of time outside to play. Thanks April for taking care of our girl! After the weekend, Eric and I spent a few days in New Hampshire at April and Jeff's house, and enjoyed being together all 6 of us!

Yesterday was Sassafras's first play date with another dog! So far, when meeting dogs, she is pretty scared. But she played with Charlotte, a 7 month old black lab, and they became new best friends! We started at the park, and then went to my friend April's for dinner. Everyone had a great time!
